Just a quick note: these summaries aren’t legally binding. They’re simply here to help you better understand the official terms.
 
All capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the same meanings as in OBDedge Terms.
 
1.    Shipping and Dispatch
 
We usually ship your order within two working days after payment clears. You’ll get a tracking link once it’s on the way. Double-check your shipping details before ordering – if the address is wrong, we can’t be responsible for delays or lost packages. We can’t combine multiple orders into one shipment, and shipping is calculated separately for each order. If you’re outside the EU, you might need to pay import duties or taxes when your package arrives.
 
1.1.    Physical goods purchased through the Services are generally dispatched within 2 working days following receipt of payment. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment online.
 
1.2.    You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. OBDedge shall not be liable for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details. Please carefully review and verify all shipping information before confirming your purchase.
 
1.3.    We advise adding all items you intend to purchase to a single shopping cart before placing an order. OBDedge cannot combine shipments from multiple orders, and shipping costs will be calculated for each order individually.
 
1.4.    Customs duties may apply to shipments sent outside the European Union (EU) and are not included in the standard shipping cost. You are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees in your jurisdiction.
 
2.    Shipping Methods
 
We offer Standard Shipping (Lithuanian Post or Deutsche Post – usually 3–14 days in Europe, 7–30 days elsewhere), Express Shipping (UPS or DHL – faster, but costs more), and Amazon Fulfillment (ships automatically from Amazon’s network, about 5 days). Delivery times may be longer during holidays, strikes, pandemics, or other unusual events. Once an order is processed through Amazon, you can’t change the shipping details.
 
Standard Shipping
 
2.1.    Packages are sent via Lithuanian Post or Deutsche Post.
 
2.2.    Typical delivery times: 3–14 days within Europe; 7–30 days outside Europe.
 
2.3.    Delivery may be delayed due to exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to public holidays, strikes, natural events, COVID-19, or other force majeure events.
 
Express Shipping
 
2.4.    Packages are sent via UPS or DHL.
 
2.5.    Delivery times: 1–3 business days within Europe; 2–5 business days outside Europe.
 
Amazon Fulfillment
 
2.6.    Orders processed through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) are dispatched automatically once payment is confirmed.
 
2.7.    Delivery time is approximately 5 business days.
 
2.8.    Once an order is placed via Amazon fulfillment, no changes to delivery details can be made.
 
3.    Important Notice for US Customers
 
Starting August 29, 2025, US customs will no longer allow duty-free imports under $800. All shipments from Lithuania will have a 15% import duty based on the order total. If you want to avoid this, choose Amazon Fulfillment when available – those items are already in the US and duties are included.
 
3.1.    Effective August 29, 2025, the De Minimis exemption (duty-free imports under $800) will no longer apply. All shipments sent from Lithuania (via Lithuanian Post, Deutsche Post, UPS, or DHL) will be subject to a 15% import dutybased on the total order value.
 
3.2.    Orders shipped via FBA are not affected, as products are already located in the US and applicable duties are included. OBDedge recommends selecting FBA whenever available.

3.3.    This update applies only to US customers and does not affect orders delivered within other jurisdictions.
 
4.    Virtual Goods Delivery
 
Digital products like PRO/ULTIMATE subscriptions and Credit codes are delivered by email. If you buy a subscription pack, it’s activated directly through your OBDedge device when connected to the app – no physical shipping needed.
 
4.1.    Virtual goods, including PRO and ULTIMATE subscription plans (activated after 2021-06-15) and Credit activation codes, will be delivered via the email address provided during registration.
 
4.2.    For subscription packs (PRO pack, Ultimate pack), the plan will be redeemed directly through the OBDedge device while it is connected to the Services.
 
5.    Returns and Refunds
 
We accept hardware returns within 14 working days if items are unused and in their original packaging, subscriptions or digital codes can be refunded within 30 days only if unused, returned bundles must be whole, undeliverable shipments will be refunded automatically but not reshipped, and import duties, taxes, or fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
 
Hardware returns
 
5.1.    Quality hardware may be returned to OBDedge within 14 working days of receipt for any reason.
 
5.2.    Returned items must be in their original packaging and free from marks of use.
 
5.3.    Return shipping costs are borne by the sender unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
 
Virtual goods returns
 
5.4.    PRO and ULTIMATE subscription plans may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided no features have been used.
 
5.5.    If at least one feature of a subscription has been used, the subscription cannot be returned.
 
5.6.    Packs or promotional bundles can only be returned as a single item.
 
Credit activation codes
 
5.7.    Unused activation codes may be returned within 30 days from the date of generation.
 
5.8.    Used codes are non-refundable.
 
Refund process for undelivered shipments
 
5.9.    If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to delivery failure, the customer will be notified.
 
5.10.    OBDedge will automatically process a full refund for the item(s) via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
 
5.11.    The customer will receive an email confirmation regarding the refund.
 
5.12.    Returned items will not be reshipped automatically. Customers wishing to receive the items must place a new order.
 
Taxes and duties
 
5.13.    Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are non-refundable.
 
In case of a return, only the product price will be refunded; shipping costs and duties remain the responsibility of the customer unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
